Hiroki Ishikawa, a trail runner, is one of the many who has the love for Shin-Etsu area. The area is not a steep mountainous area, rather, there are countless trails that one can run continuously and pleasantly. Trail running is often seen as a competition or a long-distance run that requires endurance. The film, however, expresses the essence of outdoor sports in which to enjoy and to play in the nature.
